Shipping your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment, if the products are in stock.
Delivery times are indicated on each product sheet.
In the case of orders for several items, the shipping date is based on the longest time, in order to avoid partial deliveries.
We can ship all over the world, but for Europe (excluding France), you need to go through our partner site www.AB2B2C.com. The new VAT exemption regulations no longer allow us to serve you directly.
For the sake of simplicity, we have for a fixed price including: shipping costs, preparation and packaging costs.
Given the type of products shipped, we take the greatest care in packaging. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Returns Policy
In accordance with the legislation on the right of withdrawal, you have a period of 14 working days to return, at your expense, products that do not suit you.
This clause is valid for all products except those that have undergone a service at your request (paired tubes, sorted components,...)
Of course, our warranty conditions apply systematically in the event of non-compliance or proven malfunction.
